A new school year is here, and so is the Delta variant.

So what challenges should teachers, students, and parents expect as they head back into the classroom, and what can they do to make it as positive an experience as possible?  On, this episode, four experts join host Scott Light to answer these questions and more.  Guests include Kristen Messer, a board-certified behavior analyst with Boundless, Lara Ruffing, the mental health team leader for Worthington Schools in Worthington, OH, Natalie Fei, a school counselor for Worthingway Middle School in Worthington, and Scott Wilson, a high school counselor and former classroom teacher with Columbus City Schools.

Well-Being explores physical, mental, and emotional health, with a special focus on people with intellectual and developmental disabilities or behavioral health challenges such as autism. Each episode features a roundtable of clinicians, community members, educators, and other experts in the field discussing timely topics and sharing strategies to help cope with stress. At Boundless, our mission is to build a world that realizes the boundless potential of all people.

Special thanks to the City of Worthington, whose generous grant made this podcast possible.
