What is Boundless@Home?

Staffing

Take advantage of the freedom to recruit and handpick your own direct service and support staff for hire by Boundless. You can choose a competitive pay rate based on a set scale.

Scheduling

Set the staff schedule for your home. Enjoy greater flexibility as your needs change, as well as increased staff retention and greater quality and continuity of care.

Training

Relax as we coordinate training at no cost to you at a convenient local location. We also monitor compliance and can attend team meetings at the family's request.

Previous provider would be here and then they would just be gone. Then you had to start all over. Once we got involved with PDP it's just been wonderful because you know the people coming into your home. You choose. You can decide if it's a fit.

Is Boundless@Home right for me or my loved one?

If your family member uses a Level One Waiver, an IO Waiver, Ohio Shared Living, or a SELF-Waiver, they are eligible for the Boundless@Home program. To become part of Boundless@Home, contact your local county board SSA and select Boundless@Home as your waiver provider.
