Passionate individuals like you, who give their time, talents, and energy can make a tremendous impact on the lives of the people we serve. There are numerous ways you can make a rewarding difference — both on your own or as part of a group.

Corporate Group Volunteer Day

Creating a culture of volunteerism in your business can help your community while offering meaningful opportunities that appeal to your employees. Many companies already understand the value volunteer programs deliver to business and to employee wellbeing. Studies have shown that volunteer programs boost productivity, increase employee engagement, and improve hiring and retention.

At Boundless, we offer group volunteer opportunities both on and off campus. We work with our corporate volunteer groups on meaningful projects that impact the lives of the people we serve at Boundless.

Boundless Advocates

As any organization gets larger, the need for governmental affairs work becomes an essential organizational function. In general, governmental affairs aims to influence public policy, build and maintain strong relationships with legislators, and engage with and monitor stakeholders.

Much of our funds are directly tied to a political or policy process. The Ohio general assembly is nearly the sole authority regarding adjusting Medicaid reimbursement rates for I/DD services within the state. 95% of Boundless' budget comes from Medicaid dollars.

Open Circle Society

Open Circle Society is a diverse group of hands, hearts, and voices with a passion for creating inclusive spaces and equal access to opportunities. Leaders from the community are invited to engage in a meaningful connection with Boundless by leveraging their unique talents through projects, social engagements, philanthropic endeavors, and educational opportunities all geared toward furthering the Boundless mission. This group will work in partnership with the Boundless philanthropy team to develop a quarterly or annual plan that they will then carry out independently. In addition to setting a fundraising goal for the group, each member will be asked to make a personally meaningful gift.
