The Boundless family of nonprofit companies provides person-centered care to children, adults, and families with intellectual and developmental disabilities and behavioral health challenges.

I Am Boundless, Inc. offers temporary and long-term services, residential options, and family support resources to individuals with IDD.

Boundless Health, Inc. provides integrated healthcare services, including mental health, behavioral health, primary and preventative healthcare, and dental care.

Boundless Community Pathways, Inc. delivers personalized employment services and vocational training based on interests, skills, and individual abilities.

The Boundless Foundation, Inc. is the charitable arm of Boundless.

Boundless began operations in 1980 as Franklin County Residential Services.

We have offices in Worthington, Newark, Medina, Youngstown, Rossford, and West Carrollton and provide services in more than fifty counties across Ohio.

Boundless is happy to partner with all community resources and organizations. Even if Boundless does not have a current contract with the ADAMHs board in your district’s county, we are willing to engage with the board. We can take those steps at your request or do it collaboratively with your school’s leadership.

Yes. If an individual is covered by Medicaid, Boundless can bill their Ohio community behavioral health Medicaid benefit. Our staff can assist families in applying for Medicaid for their child.
