Care coordination pulls together all the pieces of Sophia's unique treatment puzzle, helping her navigate health concerns, community resources, insurance and funding, transportation, financial planning, and more
Applied Behavior Analysis
Applied behavior analysis (ABA) helps Sophia build communication, social, academic, and adaptive skills while also decreasing challenging behavior.

Our intermediate care facilities (ICFs), or licensed homes, are another excellent option for Sophia if she could benefit from more help than her parents can offer.
Supported Living
Sophia might also consider our Supported Living program, where she'd live independently in her own home or apartment and receive in-home support from the Boundless team as necessary.
