What is the Parent-Directed Program?

The Boundless Parent-Directed Program (PDP) is a one-of-a-kind service for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities who live with a family member or in their own home and direct their own services.

What are the advantages of choosing PDP?

As part of the PDP program, we handle the paperwork and administration so you can focus on ensuring the best care for you or your loved one.

Training

Relax as we coordinate training at no cost to you at a convenient local location. We also monitor compliance and can attend team meetings at the family's request.

Previous provider would be here and then they would just be gone. Then you had to start all over. Once we got involved with PDP it's just been wonderful because you know the people coming into your home. You choose. You can decide if it's a fit.

Is PDP right for me or my loved one?

If your family member uses a Level One Waiver, an IO Waiver, Ohio Shared Living, or a SELF-Waiver, they are eligible for the PDP program. To become part of PDP, contact your local county board SSA and select PDP as your waiver provider.
