What are telehealth services?
I'm new to Boundless. How can I get started with telehealth?
Boundless makes it easy to take advantage of our telehealth options. To get started, call 614-436-8704 ext 8181 or email us at email@example.com.
One of our intake specialists will ask you some brief questions, including information about your insurance or payment options, and then work with you to schedule a date and time for your diagnostic assessment that works for you.
After we schedule your appointment, you will receive an email with a secure link to complete your intake paperwork, as well as information on how to download the telehealth platform to your Android or iOS Smartphone or Tablet or your computer. We will also talk about ways we can work together for you to provide a copy of your insurance card and ID (if applicable).
At least one day before your appointment, click the email link we sent you and complete your paperwork and download the telehealth platform.
At the time of your appointment, our licensed clinician will call you on the telehealth platform. Answer the call, and you’re all set to go!
Can a current client switch to telehealth?
Simply let us know you’d like to make the switch to telehealth. You can do so by calling us at 614-436-8704 ext 8181 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
We will email you two consent forms to sign. The first one allows us to continue to communicate with you via email. The second will enable us to serve you via telehealth. We’ll also email you instructions for how to download the Telehealth platform to your Android or iOS SmartPhone, Tablet, or computer.
Next, download the telehealth platform to your smartphone, tablet, or computer. If you’re a little confused or nervous about how this will work, let us know, and we’ll practice with you ahead of time!
At the time of your appointment, our licensed clinician will “call” you on the telehealth platform. It will be a video conference. Answer the call, and you’re all set to go!
What if I need help with technology?
If you have any issues downloading the platform or are confused by anything in the process, we are here to help. Call or email us, and we will walk you through it. We can practice with you ahead of time to ease your stress. And if all else fails, we can even try to send someone to your home to help you!
Video conferencing might be new to you, and that’s okay. We will work with you to provide the support you need, including holding your appointment via regular phone call to see if that meets your needs.
