Why Give to Boundless?

I’ve had the honor of working in the not-for-profit sector my entire career – more decades than I care to count! I always get the same question: Why should I give my money to your organization?

At Boundless, there are lots of good answers:

#1 Government doesn’t fund everything. While Boundless does receive most of its income through one form of Medicaid or another, those dollars barely cover the basics. Building renovations, technology, and life experiences all cost money and government dollars are rarely available for these purposes. Your donation helps bridge the gap.

#2 The people we serve deserve to have the same experiences as everyone else. We want to give them a chance to go to the movies, “talk” to their families using a communication device or see a physician who understands them. Your donation can help make that happen.

#3 When you give your money to Boundless, we use every single penny to help the people we serve. We don’t use any of it for administrative costs.

#4 Because we’re a charity, donations to Boundless are tax-deductible to the extent provided by law.

#5 You can direct your giving to the Boundless program you love most. Whether you want to support children with autism, young people in crisis, or adults learning important job skills, Boundless has a wide variety of programs and you can make an impact on any of them.

#6 But here’s my favorite answer to the “Why give?” question. It’s the reason I give my own dollars to Boundless: We see a world where everyone feels like they belong, no matter who they are. By giving to Boundless, you can help us make that happen.
