Meet Our New Board Members

Boundless is thrilled to welcome four new members to our board of trustees. On a board already brimming with talent, we know this addition of fresh faces and ideas will give an extra boost towards really making this year a good one for our programs and the people we serve. Welcome Dawn, Michael, Tezlyn, and Brendan to Boundless! 

 

𝗗𝗔𝗪𝗡 𝗛𝗔𝗬𝗦

VP of Organizational Effectiveness and DEI Hologram, Inc., Quality Improvement Committee

Dawn is a multi-dimensional and dynamic human resources/legal executive, thought leader and Army veteran who enjoys public speaking, thrives in ambiguity and is motivated by dynamic situations. She shared that her “super powers” include building trust through effective communication at individual, team, department and enterprise levels, being curious and decisive and building secure teams who value ownership, continuous improvement and innovation. Recent experience in tech/start-up space driving transformation change initiatives, including IPO, post-IPO, and reorganization phases. 

Dawn is currently the VP of Organizational Effectiveness and DEI at Hologram, Inc. Prior experience includes Chief Diversity & Belonging Officer/VP of People at Root, Inc., and General Counsel, Employers Resource Association. 

Dawn earned her bachelor’s degree from Youngstown State University and her JD at The Ohio State University, Moritz College of Law. 

Dawn is a PDP parent and has received Boundless services for many years.  

 

MICHAEL DENLINGER II 

Community Advocate, Quality Improvement Committee

Advocacy has been a big part of Michael’s life from the beginning. He was born with a hereditary immune deficiency, Bruton's Agammaglobulinemia, (or Bruton's XLA) and was diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy. Michael has always tried to be a voice not only for himself, but for others as well.  

In 2020, Michael became a member of the board of APSI and is a member of their Governmental Affairs Committee.  In March 2021 he was appointed Chairperson of the Ohio DD Council by Gov. Mike DeWine.   

He is currently on the Board of: Home Think Tank – local Self-Advocacy Group, DD Services – Hamilton County, The Housing Network of Hamilton County, UCEDD APSI Board Member and Governmental Affairs Committee, among many others. 

Michael lives with a housemate in Hamilton County. 

 

TEYZLYN REARDON

Senior Manager of DEI at Bread Financial, Quality Improvement Committee

Tezlyn “Tez” Reardon is a Senior Manager of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at Bread Financial (formerly Alliance Data) in Columbus and has been with the company for almost nine years. Prior to this role, Tez held positions in Intelligent Automation as well as Analytics and Demand Forecasting.  

Tez has almost 20 years of experience in project leadership, driving business performance, and helping others to reach their career goals. In addition to her current career, Tez is a member of several non-profit boards in Central Ohio, including VP of the basketball board for the Pickerington Youth Athletic Associations in Pickerington.  

She published her first book called Forty Years of Practice in 2018 and appeared on several podcasts to promote and speak about the inspirations in her life. 

Tezlyn’s personal time is spent with her 14 year old son, Tyson, a cockatiel named Larry Bird, and goldendoodle puppy, Skittle. 

 

BRENDAN O’REILLY

Associate General Counsel at WellSpan Health, Quality Improvement Committee

Brendan O’Reilly has spent his entire professional career in the healthcare law industry.  

After graduating from the University of Cincinnati College of Law, Brendan joined the Dinsmore & Shohl team as a Health Care Associate. He later joined the Adena Health System as their Assistant General Counsel, working with all departments to anticipate, monitor and address any legal, regulatory, or compliance issues the organization faced.  

In March, 2022, Brendan joined the WellSpan Health team as Associate General Counsel, continuing his career of providing legal support to the healthcare industry. 

Brendan and his family live in Worthington, Ohio. 

Brendan has previously served as a member of the Worthington Property Development Task Force and the Governance and Nominating Committee.  He and his wife, Aimee, have been annual donors to Boundless for several years. 

 

Boundless is excited for the expertise, energy, and passion for our mission these individuals bring to the table. We look forward to benefiting from their leadership and guidance as we work together "Building a world that realizes the boundless potential of all people."
