Star Staff Spotlight: Greg and Julie!

At Boundless, we believe in recognizing the incredible individuals who make our mission possible every day. This month, we’re thrilled to spotlight two outstanding team members from our West Carrollton location whose dedication and passion inspire us all: Greg and Julie.

Greg – Senior Behavioral Health Therapist, West Carrollton 

Boundless Tenure: Four years! 

Greg’s favorite part of his role is witnessing those transformative moments when clients gain insight into their own patterns and begin making meaningful changes. Watching them build confidence and stability as they approach therapy “graduation” is what makes his work so rewarding. 

What drives Greg? Our mission: realizing the boundless potential of all people. He sees this not only in the lives of those we serve but also in the opportunities Boundless provides for professionals to innovate and grow. One example? Greg hosted our first-ever prom event, which was an initiative that enhanced client experiences, and expanded our reach to more individuals. 

Beyond his clinical impact, Greg’s supervisor, Arianne Relliford, highlights the way he shows up for his team. She says, “Greg consistently goes above and beyond, bringing energy, passion, and reliable follow-through to every client interaction and collaboration. Despite balancing a demanding schedule, including 60+ hours at another job, Greg remains a generous teammate who steps in to help, train, and mentor. And even with strong leadership qualities, he approaches his work as a ‘forever student,’ continually learning and innovating to better serve those in his care.” 

Outside of work, Greg is an avid reader who enjoys all genres and loves to travel. Fun fact: he’s visited 33 states and 7 countries! 

Julie Herbst – Behavioral Health Clinician Trainee, West Carrollton 

Boundless Tenure: Since early 2025 

Julie’s favorite part of her job is her team. She describes them as incredibly supportive. She’s motivated by the journey of working with clients and helping them grow. 

When asked which Boundless value resonates most, Julie chose Empowerment, stating “I think it is vital that we help people (ourselves, other staff, clients, communities) understand the power they have in the world around them.” 

Julie’s supervisor, Sarah Taylor, shared this about her: “Julie’s dedication to going above and beyond for her clients shines through in the positive engagement and positive outcomes she achieves with each and every client.” 

Outside of work, Julie enjoys writing, drawing, listening to audiobooks, and playing games. She also loves to sing!
