I Am Boundless, Inc., a nonprofit leader in integrated care for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) and behavioral health needs, is proud to announce the acquisition of Beacon Specialized Living’s Multi-System Youth program in Dayton, Ohio.
Effective October 5, 2025, Boundless will assume operations of three Intermediate Care Facilities (ICFs) previously managed by Beacon. These homes provide residential treatment and support for youth with complex needs, including autism, severe mental illness, and high-acuity behaviors.

Highlights of the Transition:
- Three new youth homes added to Boundless’s statewide network.
- All current youth served and staff welcomed into the Boundless community.
- Enhanced infrastructure and training to support trauma-informed care.
- Strategic growth aligned with Boundless’s mission and long-term sustainability goals.
The acquisition strengthens Boundless’s presence in southwest Ohio and builds on its reputation for delivering innovative, person-centered services. The organization will integrate the program into its Behavioral Health division, ensuring continuity of care and expanding access to critical services.
