Cheers to 31 Years for Melinda DelFratte

Thank You for Your Service
At the end of the month Melinda DelFratte is retiring. She has been working at Boundless for the past 31 years. She started as a QIDP at Dierker Road then moved into the Supported Living Manager position. Finally, she has served as the Director of Community Living Services.
Her coworkers shared that she has always been a fierce advocate for the individuals we serve. She listens to them and always tries her best to ensure that we support them to have the life that they want to live. She is also a good communicator and involves others in decisions while keeping them informed of changes that may be on the horizon.
She is a creative problem solver searching for solutions that will cause the least amount of disruption for individuals and direct support staff. Melinda and her team helped get Boundless through a very difficult time during the pandemic. She took time to recognize many direct support staff who worked above and beyond during that time.
In her last weeks with Boundless she has connected to those most important to her, the individuals we serve and the staff that work with them daily.
We will miss her honesty, her sense of humor and her inspiration. Melinda always tries to leave a room in a better place than when she entered it, either with an idea for a solution to an issue, a kind word of support, or a crazy story. We greatly appreciate all of the contributions Melinda has made to Boundless.
