Jennifer Riha, VP of Programs Joined Guests to Discuss Disability Services and Labor Shortages

Boundless Vice President of Programs Jennifer Riha joined Barbara Merrill, chief executive officer for ANCOR, on WOSU NPR's All Sides with Ann Fisher Wednesday, March 16, to discuss the hiring crisis and its impact on people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

"Advocates for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities are sounding the alarm over a severe worker shortage that is disrupting services across the U.S., leading to closed group homes, stretched staffs, and reduced hours of care. Today on All Sides with Ann Fisher we look at how the labor issue is impacting disability services and how to fix it."
