Person-centered care is at the heart of all of our residential services.
What are intermediate care facilities (ICFs)?
ICFs—or licensed homes—are residences for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) and are part of the Title 19 Federal Medicaid Program. Each ICF location provides individuals with in-home support that focuses on personal outcomes through individualized plans.

Boundless ICFs provide support tailored to the unique needs of each person, with an emphasis on empowerment to achieve personal goals. Our ICFs offer residents private bedrooms and bathrooms and a shared community space to connect with their neighbors.
