What after-school and day programs are available?
Boundless offers a variety of after-school and day programs for children and adolescents. Our curriculum is designed to empower young people with autism spectrum disorders, intellectual and developmental disabilities, and other behavioral and mental health challenges.
We specialize in working with children coping with ADHD, ODD, depression, anxiety, self-harm, trauma, or other stress-related disorders.
What is the Jumpstart Program?
Boundless Jumpstart is a behavioral health day program available on our Worthington and West Carrollton campuses. The program offers children and adolescents valuable out-of-school structure while focusing on integrated behavioral health and skill development.
Our curriculum focuses on helping participants develop interpersonal and mindfulness skills, learn to regulate their emotions, build distress tolerance, and more through activities such as worksheets, games, role-playing, and talk therapy.

What is Boundless Horizons?
The Boundless Horizons after-school program is available at our Youngstown office, located on the Mahoning Valley Campus of Care. The program empowers kids and adolescents with autism spectrum disorders, intellectual and developmental disabilities, and other behavioral and mental health challenges to achieve their full potential.
Our behavioral health care providers use art, music, puzzles, games, outdoor adventures, and monthly themes to help your loved one build social, communication, and emotional management skills!
Boundless Horizons is available Monday – Friday from 3 until 6 p.m. and is a Medicaid-billable service.
