Welcoming Our New Board Members
Fresh Perspectives and Experiences Join Boundless
We’re excited to share some fantastic news: I Am Boundless is welcoming five exceptional leaders to our board of trustees! These individuals bring a wealth of expertise, passion and diverse perspectives that will help guide our mission forward and deepen our impact.
Each new board member has a proven track record of leadership and a shared commitment to the mission of I Am Boundless. Their insights and experiences will be invaluable as we continue to innovate, grow and serve our community.

David Grzelak
Partner & Chief Strategy Officer, The Shipyard
David has 20 years of strategic marketing experience. His specialties include brand planning, channel and content strategy, and consumer culture for brands such as Nike, Chick-fil-A, In-N-Out, Mars, Kraft, Cisco, Hershey’s and Allstate.
Grzelak is dedicated to changing the conversation around mental health. He is a board member of the STAR Program (Stress, Trauma and Resilience) at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center and a volunteer fundraiser for the Columbus Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.
Elizabeth (Liz) Moore
Director, Data Governance & Engineering, NetJets Inc.
As a technology leader, Liz Moore is dedicated to building high-performing, diverse teams by focusing on people development, fostering innovation through individual empowerment and cultivating a collaborative culture.
She currently leads the enterprise data team at NetJets and is responsible for bridging technology with business needs to develop, maintain and scale core data practices.
Her prior work includes roles as senior director of data strategy and solutions at CoverMyMeds and as a clinical informaticist at OhioHealth.
Liz is particularly drawn to the Boundless mission after working for several years with auticon US, a company specializing in neurodivergent talent. She expanded the neurodiversity program at CoverMyMeds and later joined the Boundless Technology Advisory Board.
Liz has a bachelor's degree in visual arts from SUNY New Paltz and is a Certified Data Management and Data Quality Practitioner, as well as a Certified Change Management Practitioner.
Thomas (Tom) Murphy
President/Co-owner, retired, Ohio Water & Waste Supply Co. Inc.
Tom spent his entire professional career in the municipal waterworks manufacturing and wholesale sector. Early in his career, he worked for Clow (now McWane), a ductile iron pipe manufacturer located in Coshocton, Ohio.
After gaining experience, he helped start a wholesale distribution business in Plain City called Ohio Water & Waste Supply Co. He eventually became co-owner and president.
After selling Ohio Water & Waste Supply to Home Depot, Tom consulted for a short time before retiring fully.
Tom is a 1977 graduate of Ohio Wesleyan University, where he earned a degree in economics.
Andrea Mulholland
Dentist, retired
Andrea Mulholland grew up in Michigan and pursued an undergraduate degree from Hope College, followed by a degree in dentistry from the University of Detroit Mercy and a residency at the University of Michigan. She then moved to Columbus, Ohio, where she owned and operated a private dental practice for 15 years before retiring to focus on her family.
Although retired, Andrea continues to assist multiple dental practices as needed and volunteers with the Ohio Wildlife Center, contributing to animal care and education.
She has been married to her husband, Scott Hockenberry, for 18 years, and they have two teenage children. She enjoys traveling, reading and spending time outdoors.
Jason Rees
Partner, CPA, Plante Moran
As a leader in Plante Moran’s healthcare practice, Jason provides attestation and consulting services to healthcare clients nationwide. He specializes in serving larger, multicampus organizations by offering audit, review and examination services, as well as industry expertise beyond compliance.
Jason has presented to clients and their boards on topics like revenue recognition, lease and nonprofit accounting changes and emerging technical accounting updates at conferences for LeadingAge Ohio and LeadingAge Indiana.
Jason is a member of the AICPA, the Ohio Society of CPAs, LeadingAge Ohio, and the Ohio Healthcare Association. He has also served on the I Am Boundless finance committee for many years.
Jason earned both his B.B.A. and M.S.A. in accounting information systems from Eastern Michigan University.
Outside of work, he spends most of his time with his wife and three children.
