After-School and Day Programs
Licensed behavioral health providers and other health care professionals use a mix of art, music, puzzles, games, outdoor adventures, role-play, and more to help kids with autism spectrum disorders, intellectual and developmental disabilities, and other behavioral health challenges practice emotional management, increase positive behavior, and improve self-esteem and confidence.
Primary Care
The Boundless Health team offers patients of all ages wellness exams, physicals, vaccinations, lab work, and much more in a warm and sensory-friendly environment. Private insurance, Medicare, Medicaid, and sliding fee payment options are available.
OhioRISE Care Coordination
OhioRISE care coordination connects your loved one to local services and supports through a coordinated network in the community. Children and caregiver teams meet regularly to assist with tailored care planning that focuses on your loved one’s unique strengths and resources, including beliefs, cultural considerations, community and natural supports, their voice, and choice.
