The program supports eligible individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities who receive services through qualifying Ohio Medicaid waivers, including:
- Level One Waiver
- Individual Options (IO) Waiver
- SELF Waiver
- Ohio Shared Living arrangements, where applicable
