Boundless Strategic Alignment

Over the past several months, we’ve taken an important step in our organization’s evolution by completing our new Five-Year Strategic Plan. This process included listening to hundreds of voices—staff, families, partners, and community members—who shared their hopes, concerns, and vision for the future of Boundless. What emerged was a clear picture of where we need to focus our energy to ensure we can keep delivering the highest quality care and support for the people and communities we serve. 

As part of this alignment, we are making thoughtful changes to some of our programs and structures. These decisions are not driven by financial hardship but by a desire to invest intentionally in areas where Boundless is growing, thriving, and making the greatest impact.  

We notified 40 team members today within Programs about changes to programs and roles within the organization that directly impact them. In some cases, based on their skills or credentials, these team members were asked to transition to other open roles within Boundless. In others, we’re working with those team members on a transition out of the organization.  

While some programs will close or transition as we approach the end of 2025, this work allows us to channel resources toward the services and innovations that position Boundless for long-term success as move into 2026. We know that change can be difficult, but it is also a powerful sign of progress and of our organization’s commitment to lead boldly and responsibly into the future. 

Boundless has never been stronger in purpose or potential. By aligning our work today with our strategic vision for tomorrow, we are building a future where Boundless can serve more people, in more communities, with even greater excellence.
