Patrick Maynard, PhD
Patrick Maynard, PhD. is the CEO/President for Boundless. With experience working on both a National level (United Cerebral Palsy) and at a state wide regional level in Ohio and Illinois, Dr. Maynard’s goal is to always create the best possible services and systems to support people with disabilities. Qualities that drive the development of his teams and their programs include a high standard of Care, Integrity, Innovation, and Creativity.
Director of Community Living
Susan Burke is the Director of Community Living Services. Susan grew up in Columbus and attended the Ohio State University where she earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Special Education. While attending OSU Susan worked at the Columbus Developmental Center, providing community experiences for residents. She later helped to downside this institution. What is most meaningful in Susan’s extensive career and experiences is her relationships with the individuals she has helped support and serve.
Director of Information Technology
As Director of Information Technology, Tamika Bailey is responsible for all IT Operations for Boundless. Over the past 16 years, Ms. Bailey has held various roles within IT in both the private and public sectors. Ms. Bailey joined Boundless in 2016 with the immediate focus of consolidating multiple disparate systems into a single integrated EHR system, and maximizing return on the organization’s IT investments. Ms. Bailey earned both her Master’s of Business Administration and Information Systems degrees from Ohio Dominican University and her Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources from Franklin University.
Director of Finance
Lori Sontag’s career began in the Hospital finance setting and has worked the past 20 years with growth oriented non-profit organizations. Lori’s career has afforded her the time to incorporate the skills associated with billing, cost reporting, financial reporting, budgeting, tax and audits into a business approach that assures an agency’s mission is accomplished and the communities interests have a good steward of their resources.
Director of Family Living
Angie Cichon believes strongly that organizations must build a culture of teamwork between the agency and families they support. Creating an environment for families that provide the opportunity to share and communicate is paramount to creating the team work necessary to deliver our Mission. In over a decade of service Angie has managed and supported Licensed Homes, Community Waiver and ICF-IDD programs, while supporting adults and children with behavioral challenges and a dual diagnosis.
Carla has worked for Boundless for 25 years come August 2017. She feels that what makes Boundless different is that the people and families that Boundless supports are a part of our family, and they receive the love and care that we would want for our own family members. Each person we support is unique and a joy to be around. Carla spent about 10 years in property management before joining Boundless and appreciates it most when she can engage people we support and the smiles they bring to her day.
Director of Human Resources
Matt Hobbs has been the Director of Human Resources for Boundless since 2004. This consistency in leadership has afforded Boundless the opportunity to build a consistent message to our professionals. Each and every staff knows that Boundless will not only provide people with stable, gainful employment, but they are part of an organization that supports its associates through a culture of respect and admiration.
Suzy Davis has made working in the field of Intellectual Disabilities her life’s passion. With over 20 years of operational experience, Suzy has worked in many different roles. This includes working direct support as well as operating and being responsible for a state wide agency. The Council on Quality Leadership (CQL) is her new passion and Suzy is proud that Boundless was the first organization in Ohio that achieved this national accreditation, that highlights qulaity of care and organizatinal excellence.
Kendra Smith, LISW-S
Director, Behavioral Health Services
Kendra has over 12 years of experience in social services, including behavioral health, child welfare, healthcare, residential services, and developmental disabilities. Kendra is passionate about improving program quality and efficiency, developing new programs, and increasing access to services. With previous experience both as a supervisor and a clinician, Kendra is knowledgeable around program, personnel, and fiscal management. Kendra graduated Cum Laude from The Ohio State University with a Masters in Social Work, and from Capital University with a Bachelors in Social Work.
