Dear Boundless families
As you know, several weeks ago, we introduced a series of measures to do our part to protect our communities and the individuals we serve from the COVID-19 pandemic. We had initially hoped to relax our ICF visitation restrictions on Friday, April 3, and to resume programming at our center-based programs, adult day programs, employment programs, and vocational habilitation programs on Monday, April 6. Due to the continued threat of the pandemic, however, that will not be possible.
At present, there is no timeline for when these programs will resume normal operations. We take our responsibility to you, your loved one, and the community very seriously. Please know that we are continuing to monitor the situation closely and plan to resume normal operations as soon as it is deemed safe to do so by federal, state, and local officials. Until then, we will abide by Gov. DeWine’s shelter-in-place order and urge all of our families to do likewise.
