A Message from the Regional Directors: Stop the Spread

Dear Boundless,

As Ohio continues to reopen, we are seeing spikes in the number of COVID-19 cases across the state. Unfortunately, Boundless hasn’t escaped and our numbers are also rising. In recent weeks, we have seen both staff and the individuals we serve test positive for COVID-19.

At Boundless, we can and must do better about stopping the spread. By now, we all understand the pandemic’s seriousness. The virus can be dangerous for anyone, but we must remember that the stakes are even higher for the individuals we serve. Many of them are especially vulnerable to COVID-19, and any carelessness on our part has the potential to be fatal.

It’s up to all of us to keep ourselves, our coworkers, our families, and the individuals we serve safe from COVID-19.

Fortunately, four simple steps can make a world of difference.

  • wear a mask — always
  • wash your hands
  • social distance whenever possible
  • monitor yourself for symptoms

Remember, you are required to follow these precautions at work, and we strongly urge you to do likewise outside of work. Also, make sure every time you report to work, you complete the employee check-in and keep your supervisor informed of any developments.

If we all do our part, we can keep each other safe. Make sure you are doing everything you can to stop the spread.
